Situated in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), the University of Stirling RAK Campus was established in 2018. The University boasts of a reputation for excellence regarding teaching and research. Residential Halls are a suitable option for international students who want to stay close to campus in a comfortable and secure living community. There are 150 rooms available in separate male and female halls. A separate food court building, with a fully equipped kitchen and communal dining area are also within close proximity. International students can easily meet like-minded people in the residential halls as there is a travel agency, supermarket, salon and conference situated inside the halls too. Housing costs are much lower in RAK than in neighbouring Dubai, empowering students with the ability to live alone in private accommodation.
The campus boasts of a modern environment with plenty of recreational facilities and a safe enclosure. The auditorium accommodates keynote speakers, lecturers and other specialists while the expansive teaching rooms embolden students to learn to the best of their ability. The library provides a wealth of resources while the cafeteria can accommodate food preferences, including halal options for muslim students. A moque is also located on campus for students to practice their faith. On-campus basketball and volleyball courts help students to stay active during their studies.
